Of course we always help trappers, with questions, select cage traps to solve wildlife issues.  But, more than that, we offer trapping assistance so these trapping experiences end with success.  Other than snakes, these powered, double door cage traps with either wire or vertical panel triggers, have been known to capture everything from mice to beaver and most everything in-between at one time or other.

Pictured is the most recent success story, a Wyoming Badger.  Digging holes, craters, throughout the ranch, a rugged double door trap was needed, along with a plan.  Making positive sets with the trap placed over a den, while using the Comstock 12x12x36 Cage Trap that is designed for raccoon, beaver and otter, this time the trap was used to take a large Badger.  The Comstock baitless trapping system, often used to capture woodchucks, skunks, squirrels and others was used in the same manner to capture the Badger.  By placing the trap at the den opening and then joining the trap to the den with the use of a tarp and some rocks to hold it in place, the Badger could be taken when coming or going.  Thanks Suzanne for sharing the great pictures.
