We got a call yesterday about “something” living under a loading dock. A trap (the baited trap to the right) had been set for several weeks, taking one skunk, but not what was living in the den hole. When I arrived the chuck was in the hole eyeballing me. I got a couple of pics at 5:05, set the trap from 5:07-5:11. Working on beaver in the area I came back at 6:29 and found the chuck in the trap, no surprise. No doubt he had been in it for some time, perhaps the better part of an hour.
